Today is an important day for us. Today we were presented with the WatchGuardONE Gold plaque. This is the reward for over 6 months of hard work. Our team of engineers and sales personnel have been studying hard to help us attain our goal of becoming a WatchguardONE Gold Partner.
The requirements involved having a minimum of:
a) 2 sales trained staff – this required that the 2 staff selected participate in 2 sales approved Webinars for WatchguardONE each and then complete a small set of questions.
b) 2 technically certified engineers – this involved sending 2 of our engineers to attend a 3-day training course at our distributor’s (Nuvias) offices in Woking. The engineers were then required to study for and pass a 2hr, 45 question exam with a pass rate of 75%
c) 2 technical competency certified engineers, our newly technically certified engineers were sent to Nuvias again for a 2-day advanced course, they were then required to pick 1 of 5 competencies to study, take and pass another 2hr, 45 question exam based solely on the competency they had chosen.
As a commitment to our company values, we also went above the required criteria and sent an additional 2 engineers to Nuvias to attend the 1-day Technical course in order to equip our staff in the best way possible to support all of our clients when using the Watchguard products.
We would like to thank our staff for their commitment and hard work in attaining WatchGuardONE GOLD Partner status. We would also like to congratulate Laura Jones and Mitch Collis our 2 Sales Trained members of staff.
Jason Potter and Tony Woodhouse for passing both the Technical Certified engineer, and the Technical Competent engineer Exams. Dan Stewart and Mike Foster for attending the 1-day technical course. We are looking forward to these guys also achieving the Technical Certified Engineer certification in the future.
As a WatchGuardOne Gold Partner, Solutions4it have shown their commitment to becoming “Specialists in Workplace Technology” and are well equipped to support all our current and future clients’ needs when it comes to securing their businesses.
