Ensure you have a separate guest login for visitors that is segregated from your main network.

Authenticate staff onto the Wi-Fi using their desktop credentials. When a member of staff moves on you can automatically remove them from the Wi-Fi without having to reset long complicated encryption keys.

Throttle your Transmitters signal strength so that it doesn’t broadcast to the neighbourhood.

Have your Wi-Fi device centrally managed by your IT provider. This may cost a small fee but with the right equipment you will be notified of any unusual activity or rogue devices that come near the system.
